Pencil Condenser Microphone
Lewitt's LCT 140 is a user-friendly, beautifully adaptable and compact 2/3-inch back-electret condenser microphone, perfectly suited for the quality concious studio afficionado. The low-mass diaphragm provides an extraordinarily natural reproduction with amazing clarity, making it perfectly suited to a vast range of live and studio applications.
The LCT 140's uniform cardioid pickup pattern effectively reduces off-axis sound from cluttering up your mix and with a wide dynamic range of 124dB an extremely low self-noise level, the LCT 140 adds a level of transparancey and distortion free detail to all your recordings.
One of the many great features of Lewitt microphones is their transformerless circuitry output design which makes them mmune to electromagnetic interference, a common problem in the world of recording and live sound. The LED display can optionally be switched on and off for better handling in different environments. In short, the LCT 140 is an extremely versatile all-rounder microphone.
