Celebrating 100-years of Ortofon, Ortofon have gone back to the drawing board and completely re-engineered their trademark Concorde range. The result is a more defined, better performing cartridge with unrivalled specifications.

The body of the MkII cartridges are bigger and more robust. There stylus cut-out more pronounced, so you can better see where the stylus hits the record. The fingerlift is now replaceable and you can customise your colours. The stylus is easier to remove and attach. But most importantly - the MkII cartridges have outstanding playability.

The Concorde Scratch is the cartridge that has been specifically engineered for scratch DJ's, or any DJ's that are prone to repeatedly cueing and back-cueing a cue point. This is what a scratch DJ looks for in a cartridge: trackability (the ability of the stylus to stay in the groove under heavy scratching) - check. Low record wear (so that the constant back and forth movement does not destroy your vinyl or stylus) - check. Loud output (so you stand out and are heard) - check. Great sound - check. Ortofon's all-new Scratch MkII cartridge has the highest trackability of any cartridge and stylus on the market and the highest output (along with Ortofon Digital MkII) of any current DJ cartridge on the market.
